With OpenReelers in all four US time zones, remote work is built into the DNA of how we do business. In addition to traditional methods, including regular 1:1s, team stand-ups, dedicated chat channels, and all-hands virtual meetings, weekly video updates from leadership, co-working sessions, and informative intranet are part of the OpenReel toolkit to keep each employee in the loop. We also host bi-monthly Lunch Roulette to connect team members who don’t work together often!
